Regarding the operations of the fund, other than the provisions mentioned in this regulation and according to subsection (3) of section 12 of the Act, the current Economic Procedures Act, 2055, Public Procurement Act, 2063, Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, The procedure will be as written in the regulation 2064, and the travel expenses regulation, 2064.
